Congratulations from BDU Vice Chancellor
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been awarded the 'WITSA Eminent Persons Award-2021'; Sajeeb Wazed Joy got the 'ASOCIO Leadership Award-2021' and Dipu Moni has been selected a member of the Asia-Pacific Education High Level Steering Committee. Prof. Dr. Munaz Ahmed Noor, Vice Chancellor of Digital University, Bangladesh congratulated the trio for their excellent achievements.
The Vice-Chancellor conveyed this greeting in a press release sent on 15 November (Monday).
It can be noted that on November 12, Sajeeb Wazed Joy, Adviser to the Prime Minister on Information and Technology, was awarded the 'ASOCIO Leadership Award-2021' for successful embodiment of capacity and on November 13, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was awarded the 'WITSA Eminent Persons Award-2021'. WITSA Secretary General Dr. James H. Poissant handed over the awards and State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak received the award on behalf of them. Earlier, Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni was selected as a member of UNESCO's SDG4 Education High Level Steering Committee for Asia-Pacific region at the High Level Segment of 2021 Global Education Meeting at UNESCO Headquarters.
